Philip Lambert is a native of Texas, born and raised. Graduating from the University of Texas San Antonio with an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice, Philip pursued his Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s School of Law. 

Before attending Law School, Philip found his passion for helping others while clerking for the local family-owned law firm of Riley and Riley. Throughout his clerkship, he practiced primarily Civil law, specializing in personal injury, real estate transactions, estate planning, and various other civil matters. 

Philip works throughout Texas handling criminal cases ranging from Misdemeanors to Felonies; working to protect the rights of the wrongfully accused. Philip also handles probate cases helping clients build Wills and close estates. He has helped countless families with their estate planning needs prior to death, and even more when they need to care for the loved ones they have left behind. On top of being a litigator, Philip takes pride in having a personal relationship with every client. 
 
Philip is married to his beautiful wife Carla. They have one child, Liam Lambert, and one spoiled labradoodle, Habanero.  
 
Philip is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas. He is a member of the San Antonio Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and a Notary of the Public in Texas. 

In his downtime, Philip is a nature enthusiast and enjoys woodworking and photography.
